A solid wood cutting board for all your heavy cutting and chopping, whilst at the same time being a guaranteed eye-catcher! The advantages of using an end-grain cutting board, as opposed to a normal wood or even plastic cutting board, are that your knife stays sharp much longer because you are cutting into the end of the wood fibres as opposed to across the wood fibres. This allows less chance of bacterial growth in the board.
The size is 50cm long x 35cm wide x 5cm high.
